Why The Wildlife Trust?
Children chose to raise money for the Wildlife Trust because they wanted to help protect local wildlife and natural habitats. They understand the importance of caring for the environment and ensuring that animals have safe places to live and thrive. By fundraising, the children are making a positive contribution to conservation efforts and helping to create a better future for wildlife in our community.
The event:
The Junior Leadership Team did an amazing job taking part in a 4km run on Thursday 11th June 2026 to raise money for the Wildlife Trust. Every child showed incredible enthusiasm and resilience as they completed the challenge. They encouraged one another throughout the run and demonstrated fantastic teamwork, making Miss Millar as JLT Leader, incredibly proud. Their hard work and commitment will help support the important work of protecting wildlife and natural habitats. Well done to all involved – you were truly fantastic!
