Every school year, senior leaders at school produce a school development plan that helps prioritise areas for improvement. The areas identified at Flushdyke are key areas that are good but will be even better with more carefully planned and considered attention.

Our current school development plan is based around four key areas:

1. Developing writing across all the classes

2. Developing and investing in the Class 1 outdoor area

3. Improving the documentation and provision in school for our SEND learners

4. A renewed focus on general teaching and learning across all the classes. This is to ensure that our school stays at the forefront of the latest teaching approaches and maximising our impact for everyone.
